History
 NEEDS has been founded and established in the year of 1999 by the well known social activist and eminent social reformer, P. RAJA GOPAL, for the integrated and holistic development of unrepresented hamlets and the concerned people at rural Virudhunagar district of Tamilnadu. By nature, the President is merciful with the innocent and lay rural people. Therefore, he searched for likeminded social workers and innovators who were willing to take part in the development of underprivileged and neglected people. |
