History

NEEDS has been founded and established in the year of 1999 by the well known social activist and eminent social reformer, P. RAJA GOPAL,  for the integrated and holistic development of unrepresented hamlets and the concerned people at rural Virudhunagar district of Tamilnadu.  By nature, the President is merciful with the innocent and lay rural people. Therefore, he searched for likeminded social workers and innovators who were willing to take part in the development of underprivileged and neglected people.

Women Empowerment And Development

NEEDS' one of the core beneficiaries are women.  Various programs are being implemented to improve the living conditions of the poor families of which women form an integral part.
 
Child Development & Rights

Knowledge is power, we can acquire knowledge from different sources, among them library is the major sources for the poor people.  Reading is the good habit for healthy development.
